Forum venue

The venue for the plenaries and workshops sessions will be:

  • the central campus of the University of Strasbourg (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday),
  • the central campus of the University of Freiburg (Wednesday).

Registration fees

There is no registration fees for students who are currently studying in an AC21 university.

By your AC21 University:

  • Transport/flight to Strasbourg

Attention !

You are expected to attend all program activities, any absence will be communicated to your home university.

Accomodation

CIARUS Youth Hsotel

Students will stay at the CIARUS youth hostel.
Ciarus is located at the heart of Strasbourg, offering rapid access to the places of interest of the city, on foot, by bus or by tram. The centre is open 24/7, all year round, and offers services in all languages. At Ciarus, students will experience a truly dynamic, international atmosphere, with plenty of opportunities to socialise.

Rooms

Students will stay in a Male or Female communal dorm (4 to 5 beds). Every room is equipped with a shower and toilet. The rooms have been fully renovated in 2014.

Facilities

  • All breakfasts are included
  • For relaxing: a self-service restaurant, a pool table, a table football table, and a table tennis room.
  • For working: seminar and meeting rooms, and equipped working areas.
  • For socialising: a bar, a snack bar, and a café area.

Shops

Most shops are open between 9am and 7pm within the week, and closed on Sunday.

Health

All participants are responsible for their own health and travel insurance from their home country.

Weather

Please get warm clothes, April can be cold as well as warm (15-20°C).
